Job Description
Are you an innovative and motivated individual with a passion for transforming concepts into stunning 3D visualizations? AAA Group is seeking a talented 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to play a crucial part in the design process, working closely with our architects and designers to bring concepts to life. As a 3D Visualizer, you will: Create detailed 3D models and visualizations for various projects, including residential designs, office interiors, retail spaces, and more. Utilize software such as AutoCAD, 3D Max, Lumion, and V-ray to produce high-quality renderings and animations. Collaborate with the design team to understand requirements and deliver final visual representations that meet project specifications. Demonstrate a solid understanding of lighting, shadows, and textures to enhance the quality of your renderings. Manage project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creatively to overall design concepts. Design and model 3D representations of various architectural projects. Create animations and social media content that effectively communicates our design ideas. Provide innovative solutions and offer insights based on market trends in design. Support senior architects and management with project documentation and presentations. Required Skills: Extensive experience in 3D visualization, with a focus on interior and exterior design. Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Strong observational skills with the ability to recreate 3D models accurately. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Creative mindset with an eye for detail. Qualifications: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or related field. At least 3 years of relevant experience in the architecture or design industry, preferably in an architecture firm or a furniture manufacturer. Why Join Us?
