Job Description
At BH Interior Fashion, we are looking for a talented 3D Visualizer who possesses a strong creative flair and technical expertise in the field of interior design. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to create innovative design solutions that resonate with our client's visions. As a 3D Visualizer, your primary role will involve: Producing compelling designs that capture our clients' imagination while ensuring they meet functional requirements. Creating detailed 3D models using SketchUp, rendering them with D5 for stunning visual presentations. Conducting thorough research on design trends and materials to ensure all presentations are contemporary and relevant. Preparing design concepts and executing plans through to the production phase, including detailed drawings and cost estimations. Working closely with the project team to facilitate smooth execution and delivery of design projects. To succeed in this role, you should have: 2 to 3 years of experience working in an architecture firm or interior design agency. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and other design software. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as a part of a team. A creative mindset and ability to produce professional-quality designs and visuals under tight deadlines.
