As a part of the Customer Care team, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, helping to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service. Below are the specifics of this exciting opportunity: Job Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support via phone and respond to inquiries across all social media platforms. Analyze and resolve customer issues effectively and in a timely manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers through professional communication and consistent follow-ups. Offer accurate information about Arogga’s products and services to both potential and existing customers. Read and interpret prescriptions accurately, benefiting our customers with correct medicine supply. Maintain a strong knowledge of generics and brand names of medicines. Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment. Prerequisites Education: A Bachelor’s (B.Pharm) or Master’s (M.Pharm) degree in Pharmacy is required. Experience: We are looking for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in relevant fields such as BPO, telesales, or customer service. Skills: Required skills include customer service, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and experience with prescription reading. Your age should be between 23 to 28 years. Working Conditions This is a Part Time job based in Dhaka, specifically at Mirpur 10. Successful candidates will work from our office and may be required to perform some additional duties as necessary. Benefits Performance bonus based on service quality.
