Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Academic Supervisor in coordinating and implementing academic programs and initiatives.
- Support curriculum development, assessment, and evaluation processes to ensure alignment with educational standards and objectives.
- Collaborate with department teachers to promote instructional excellence and student achievement.
- Organize professional development opportunities for department teachers to enhance teaching effectiveness and instructional practices.
- Coordinate academic support services, such as tutoring and enrichment programs, to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Maintain accurate records related to academic programs, student progress, and assessment data.
- Provide administrative support to the Academic Supervisor in planning and organizing academic events, meetings, and committees.
- Communicate academic policies, procedures, and expectations to faculty, staff, students, and parents.

Qualifications and Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Masters or PhD preferred). At least 10 years of experience in an educational setting, particularly in roles related to teaching or academic coordination. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Expertise in Cambridge Curriculum and proficiency in educational technology. Demonstrated leadership potential and a passion for student support and academic excellence.
