Job Responsibilities
- Daily tasks such as recording cash transactions accurately.
- Handling ticket sales, payment entries for Hajj, Umrah, and tour packages.
- Maintaining records of bank deposits and withdrawals.
- Updating cash books, vouchers, and ledgers.
- Keeping track of receivables and payables.
- Completing bank reconciliations.
- Submitting weekly sales and expense reports to management.
- Following up on customer dues.
- Reconciling weekly office expense budgets.
- Preparing monthly profit and loss statements.
- Creating salary sheets and assisting in payments.
- Handling VAT, AIT, and other tax-related entries and documentation.
- Checking and reconciling monthly BSP/airline settlements.
