Job Responsibilities
- Check collection sheets for loans and savings after verification by managers.
- Record all collected amounts in registers promptly.
- Deposit amounts collected into the bank timely and withdraw as required.
- Prepare relevant bills and ensure they are recorded in the cash book with management's approval.
- Ensure expenditures align with budget and prevent overspending.

Job Description
Pidim Foundation is seeking a talented and committed individual for the position of Accountant (হিসাবরক্ষক). As an integral member of our team, the successful candidate will take complete responsibility for managing and maintaining accounts, ensuring the financial integrity of our organization amidst its endeavors in Bangladesh.Prepare and file Collection Sheets for savings and loan amounts after verification by department heads.Record collections in the appropriate registers systematically.Ensure timely deposit of all collected amounts into the bank and withdrawal when necessary.Prepare bills and vouchers as per protocol and ensure their accurate registration in cash books.Maintain financial discipline in accordance with the company budget.Verify loan applications and other related documents before disbursing loans efficiently.Manage and maintain office cleanliness and equipment.Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with operational guidelines.Provide weekly reports to management on collections, activities, and other financial matters.A successful candidate must possess:Education qualifications of at least a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management.Prior experience of minimum 2 years in a related role within the NGO sector will be a significant advantage.Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.Ability to manage multiple tasks and have excellent organizational and time-management skills.We encourage interested candidates to apply for this rewarding opportunity at Pidim Foundation.
