Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables
- Maintain and monitor petty cash and overall company cash handling
- Manage payroll and salary sheets efficiently
- Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records
- Regularly verify inventory and update ERP software
- Responsible for store management alongside accounts
- Prepare and review bills, vouchers, and accounting records
- Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and reporting
- Handle daily banking transactions
- Discuss additional responsibilities post-appointment
