Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.

Our company specializes in quality inspection of exportable garments and textile goods, and we are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Accounts Manager to help us maintain our standards and exceed client expectations. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Serving as the key point of contact for assigned client accounts. Building strong relationships with clients to deeply understand their needs and objectives. Monitoring and reconciling account balances and financial transactions accurately. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. Preparing detailed financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices. To thrive in this role, you should meet the following criteria: Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting or equivalent degree. Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, or ACCA are a plus. 6 to 12 years of experience in related fields, particularly in garments or audit firms. Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Excellent analytical, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams. This is a full-time position located in Dhaka (Ashulia), and we mainly operate in an office environment. The applicant must be male between the ages of 35 and 55, with strong expertise in financial management pertinent to accounting.
