Join a Leading Firm as an Accounts Officer! We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Accounts Officer to join our dynamic team at TRAVELPOINT - BAEI Travels & Tours Limited, located in the heart of Dhaka. Job Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of travel agency accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting. Prepare invoices, bills, and dues statements to ensure clients receive timely and correct documents. Compile and prepare tax and VAT documents in adherence to NBR (National Board of Revenue) guidelines. Oversee all functions related to IATA (International Air Transport Association). Execute daily banking operations and maintain monthly reports including payment and receipt statements along with bank reconciliations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting or equivalent degree. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a full-time accounting role, preferably with an IATA-approved agency. Technical knowledge of software for financial analysis, specifically Galileo and Amadeus. Proficiency in generating various financial reports and a solid understanding of banking services.
