Job Responsibilities
- Overall In Charge of Accounts under the Principal.
- Maintain all financial records and books of accounts and preserved supporting documents on daily basis.
- Maintain Petty cash, party ledger, monthly basis actual provision and settlement as well as inventory management and year-end stock taking.
- Prepare and maintain all types of vouchers, cash books, payroll entries, bill registers, ledgers & different registers related to Finance.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by authorities.

Wahidur Rahman Memorial Academy (MAGMA) is on the lookout for a dedicated Accounts Officer to oversee financial operations. As the Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for: Overall management of accounts under the supervision of the Principal. Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documents daily. Handling petty cash, party ledgers, and conducting monthly provision settlements. Overseeing inventory management and ensuring accurate year-end stock taking. Preparing and maintaining various vouches, cash books, payroll entries, ledgers, and other finance-related registers. Catering to additional duties as assigned by the authorities. To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with a concentration in Accounting. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a college or school setting. Exceptional organizational and bookkeeping skills. A capability to work in a team and maintain confidentiality regarding financial matters. Additional requirements include: Age range of 25 to 35 years. A willingness to work in our office located in Chhagalnaiya, Feni. Availability for online applications is encouraged.
