Job Responsibilities
- Develop monthly national activation plans, including guidelines for new product launches and first sales celebrations.
- Plan and execute new projects while following up on ongoing initiatives.
- Create and implement national promotional activity plans to boost sales.
- Monitor monthly area-wise activities and prepare KPI reports.
- Coordinate retail sales department training programs for new product launches, working closely with design and materials teams.
- Provide support for retail image development, POSM (Point of Sales Materials), and product video creation as needed.
- Ensure all activities are conducted smoothly and efficiently.
- Work closely with Area Sales Managers (ASM) and Territory Sales Managers (TSM) for effective execution.
- Train and develop strong area-wise POPR pools.
- Achieve targets during each activity.
- Successfully plan and execute special events such as store openings and festive campaigns (Eid, New Year, Christmas).
- Maintain area-wise activity materials efficiently.
- Prepare reports and complete tasks assigned by HQ management.
- Analyze competitor promotional activities.
- Provide sales support to enhance area sales performance.

Skills: Strong planning and monitoring abilities, proficiency in MS Office Suite, strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel.
