Job Responsibilities
- Financial Transaction recording properly both manual & software
- Review and process all payments/ adjustments, receipt vouchers, petty cash and revolving funds.
- Keep records of all transactions and prepare daily relevant journals and input into Accounting Software.
- Prepare annual budget and other reports.
- Checking invoices and bills received and gaining approval.
- Having banking knowledge is a must.
- Applicants with previous working experience in the relevant field are preferred.
- Preparing and posting Accounting Voucher
- Recording Cash & Ledger Book, Bank Book etc.
- Recording Purchase & Sales Ledger etc.
- Follow-up the receiving notifications from Banks about the document received against shipment.
- Supervise the activities of Administration work.
- Ensure the care and maintenance of common utilities.
- Look after the attendance of Office staff.
- Solving different administrative issues or cases by consulting with management.
- Monitoring workers and staff & their movement.
- Must have a convincing, pleasant and motivational personality.
- Any other task assigned by the management from just in time.
- Maintaining proper documents.

Payment Processing: Reviewing and processing payments, receipt vouchers, petty cash, and adjustments. Record Keeping: Maintaining comprehensive records of all transactions and preparing daily journals. Budget Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of the annual budget and other financial reports. Invoice Management: Checking and approving invoices and bills from suppliers. Banking Knowledge: It is essential for candidates to possess solid banking knowledge. Administrative Support: Supervising administrative tasks and ensuring the maintenance of office utilities and staff attendance. Problem Solving: Consulting with management to resolve various administrative issues effectively. Staff Monitoring: Overseeing staff movement and performance for optimal productivity. Additional Duties: Any other tasks assigned by management as required. To succeed in this role, we are looking for individuals with: Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) is preferred. Experience: 1-2 years in relevant business areas such as Multinational Companies or Freight Forwarding. Freshers are also encouraged to apply!
