Job Responsibilities
- Supervise the Housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Assist the Admin Manager with procurement and purchase-related tasks
- Collaborate closely with the Admin department to support daily operations
- Prepare and maintain the Overtime (OT) sheet for drivers
- Oversee the Maintenance department and coordinate timely repairs and improvements
- Serve as a backup in the absence of the Front Desk Executive

Your responsibilities will include: Supervising the Housekeeping Team: Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met at all times. Assisting the Admin Manager: Help with procurement and purchasing tasks to support our operations. Collaborating with the Admin Department: Work closely with team members to support daily operational needs. Maintaining Overtime Records: Prepare and manage the OT sheets for drivers accurately. Overseeing Maintenance: Coordinate and monitor timely repairs and improvements within the office facilities. Backup Support: Step in during the absence of the Front Desk Executive to maintain service levels.
