Job Description
Grameen Kalyan, an esteemed sister organization of Grameen Bank, is seeking a highly motivated Admin Executive to join our team. This position is pivotal in supporting the operational effectiveness and administrative activities of our organization, which is dedicated to providing quality Primary Health Care Services to the rural community in Bangladesh. Responsibilities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good organizational and analytical abilities. Basic knowledge of HR/Admin operations and proficiency in MS Office. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. Maintain attendance; leave records, and HR documentation. Support payroll processing and performance evaluation activities. Oversee office administration, logistics, and vendor management. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Prepare reports and maintain proper filing systems. Coordinate meetings, schedules, and employee engagement programs. Track and monitor daily attendance, late arrivals, and absences. Assist in preparing salary statements and processing approvals. Organize employee welfare programs, events, and training sessions. Maintain and regularly update employee’s personal files. Drive employee awareness on health, hygiene, and workplace discipline. Carry out all administration-related tasks as assigned. Identify training needs of workers, supervisors, and staff. Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and proper disciplinary management. This position requires at least 2 years of relevant experience in the healthcare or lifestyle product business sector.
