Job Responsibilities
- FICO GLPI creation in system for payment validation
- Administrative work and support documentation for employees
- Send all report and supporting documents to HR or Finance team
- Update leave cards and maintain records
- Handle basic office tasks like answering phones and managing invoices
- Purchase and track office supplies
- Liaison with independent auditors and various financial firms
- Coordinate with team for daily operations and events
- Manage logistics for supplier visits

As we continue to expand, we are seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our team.Job details / Missions / Main activities:FICO GLPI creation in system for payment validation.Administrative work: Salary disbursement Letter, Salary Pay slip signature, Salary certificate signature and provide to employee as per their requirements, payment voucher sign for 18 employees.Send all report and supporting documents to HR or Finance team as an when requirement basis.Leave card update and keep record, Application receive and provides to employees as per their requirements.Handling basic office task, filling, Answering the phone, Invoice receiving and Cheque issue for payment.Purchase and Track stocks of office supplies when necessary.Liaison with independent auditor for providing necessary supporting to prepare the monthly consolidation file.Liaison/ follow-up to 3rd party accountant firm to submit tax or VAT return monthly, and C form submission to Bank for remittance transfer.Liaison with Bank and independent accountant firm to submit C-form and Invoice to transfer inward remittance from Bank, sometimes visit Bank.Liaison and visit to Govt. office and vat office as when required basis.Liaison /follow up with accounting firm for PF, pay slip and reporting by HQ on time.Coordinated internal Team- support team, IT team for daily operation, Communication team, events, meetings, and conferences in the office.Coordinate with training and requirements team for new recruitment and greeting to new joiners.Coordinate internal meetings, conferences, and events in the office.Manage and arrange logistics support for our regular supplier visits or any fair visit.Join Us: If you are ready to take your career to the next level and be part of a company that values innovation, growth, and collaboration, we want to hear from you!
