Job Responsibilities

  • Manage, update, and maintain all legal documents for the company's fleet of vehicles.
  • Handle the entire process for vehicle fitness renewal, tax token renewal, route permit, and insurance.
  • Prepare and submit all necessary applications and documents to the BRTA office.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with BRTA officials.
  • Ensure all driving licenses of company drivers are valid.
  • Keep record and database of all transport documents.
  • Coordinate with the transport pool for daily vehicle scheduling.

As an Admin Officer, you will be responsible for a range of critical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our services. Your primary responsibilities will include: Transport Documentation & BRTA Liaison: Manage all legal documents for the company's fleet of vehicles. Handle vehicle fitness renewal, tax token renewal, route permits, and insurance processes efficiently. Store & Inventory Management: Oversee the company store inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping, conducting physical stock checks, and managing replenishment requisitions. General Administrative Duties: Support the management with any other duties as required. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree. 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in an advertising agency or a group of companies. Proficiency in administration and documentation processes. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain professional relationships with external agencies such as BRTA.
