Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate renovation, interior and exterior works

  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness

Prepare and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Liaise effectively with vendors, contractors, and service providers to maintain excellent quality and cost-effectiveness. Ensure safety and compliance with all fire systems, CCTV, and building standards. Monitor and control utility consumption to promote efficient practices. Support administrative and facility-related projects such as office relocations, expansions, and refurbishments. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical & Electronic Engineering; or a Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering. Experience: 3 to 5 years in facilities management, specifically in Garments, Textile, Buying House, or Spinning industry. Age: 25 to 35 years. Essential Skills: AutoCAD, building construction work, facilities management. Strong vendor and contractor management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
