We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and capable Administrator to lead our operations aboard our floating hospital ship. This role is not just about managing a ship; it’s about making a significant impact on communities through health programs and services. Job Responsibilities: Operate under the direction of the Head of Fleet Management, ensuring all administrative, operational, and safety measures are taken care of for the floating hospital ship. Oversee daily operational activities and adhere to maritime regulations relevant to the ship's operations. Maintain accurate financial records in collaboration with the Finance Department concerning various health programs. Manage leave schedules and attendances for Fleet Staff on board. Conduct performance metrics and supervise day-to-day operations, assuring that responsibilities are effectively delegated. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the ship and its equipment. Submit requisitions for supplies and oversee procurement processes related to operational needs. Coordinate the logistics for medical services in collaboration with other personnel. Manage and maintain inventory systems for all equipment and supplies on board. Support the organization's logistics through effective coordination with local authorities and NGOs. Work towards fulfilling organizational commitments, maintaining high ethical standards. Skills and Qualifications: Minimum HSC with a background in Naval/Defense, or a bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably with a Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management. Proficiency in English is essential to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including foreign doctors and guests. Strong knowledge in Office and Personnel Management with essential computer literacy. Excellent communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills. At least 5 years of relevant administrative experience. Commitment to safeguarding and ethical conduct in all professional engagements.
