Education Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one career guidance to students and parents during the enrollment decision-making process for studying abroad.
• Confidently communicate with prospective clients, ensuring they receive accurate and helpful information.
• Exhibit social perceptiveness, engage in gentle persuasion, and create a secure and safe environment for students.
• Actively listen to students’ academic, emotional, social, and behavioral concerns without judgment.
• Develop, monitor, and assist with counseling programs, contributing to training and workshops.
• Maintain strong relationships within the education sector, networking with customers and education providers.
• Work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Compile and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports along with projection reports.
• Take part in local and global education events as required, both in Dhaka and abroad.
• Engage in video shoots and live sessions organized by the marketing team, as needed.
• Create engaging social media content to promote brand awareness and attract potential students.
• Ensure upholding of the company’s brand value, maintaining a positive brand image at all times.
• Cater to any other tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat
• Strong computer and documentation skills
• Experience in education counseling, particularly for Australia
