Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting, HR, and general administration tasks for the company.
- Collaborate with the commercial department to ensure timely collection of accounts receivables.
- Process, record, and arrange payment of vendor invoices, ensuring validity and proper documentation.
- Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records.
- Oversee staff hiring in consultation with CFO and local managers.
- Handle daily bank transactions and conduct month-end reconciliations.
- Safeguard local petty cash usage and availability.
- Maintain the accounting system (QuickBooks) with prompt updates on transactions.
- Complete monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing in a timely manner.
- Prepare accurate management accounting reports, including balance sheets and cashflow reports, for timely submission to CFO.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations related to tax reporting and submissions.
- Coordinate with local and regional management for cashflow forecasts and budget preparations.
- Liaise with external auditors and service providers to ensure proper compliance requirements are met.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
