Job Responsibilities
- To Ensure sales growth & revenue generation.
- To lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- To achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets as per ABP.
- To plan and monitor Sales team’s regular activities.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- To address client concerns, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- To identify niche customer & business opportunities and ensure database accordingly.
- Responsible for motivating and training the team by providing proper product knowledge and necessary training.
- Have to submit various reports to Management.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Plan and monitor the sales team’s regular activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Address client concerns and negotiate contracts effectively. Identify niche customers and business opportunities. Provide necessary training to the team and report to management. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess the following: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing. Strong skills in flat sales, presentation, and negotiation. A minimum of 13 to 20 years of experience in relevant fields such as Advertising, Real Estate, or Group of Companies. Proven business acumen and excellent customer relationship skills. Must be male, aged between 37 to 45 years.
