Education Requirements
BSc in Mechanical/EEE or Equivalent qualification with required experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop/review and implementation of policy, process and SOP for Feed Mills operations.
- Coordination between various feed mills as well as Head Office management regarding all aspects of feed mills operations.
- Supervise the full operation system as well as preventive & regular maintenance of the factory.
- Handling troubleshoot, repair and maintain all mechanical equipment on time.
- Ensure production efficiency and quality control.
- Analyze data of expenditure and take remedial action to control the cost.
- Visiting feed mills located in various location (Gazipur, Mymensingh & Sherpur).
- Maintain liaison with all relevant departments to ease operational activities.
- Prepare various reports.
- Any other assignment given by superiors.
