Job Description
Asian Duplex Town Ltd. is on the lookout for an experienced AGM/DGM in Sales to spearhead our dynamic sales team. We are seeking a highly motivated and target-oriented individual who can ensure success through effective relationship management and strategic planning. Responsibilities: Be target-oriented and ensure timely achievement of sales goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster growth and sales. Strategically build and manage the overall sales plan, including activities and resources necessary to reach sales targets. Prepare and submit various insightful reports to management for analysis and review. What We Are Looking For: A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, specifically within the Real Estate sector. Educational qualifications including an MBA in Marketing, BBA in Marketing, or relevant diplomas related to business and hospitality. Skills in Housing Development, Property Sales, Marketing, and Sales Strategy. Strong interpersonal skills to foster productive relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a proactive team.
