- Align HR & Admin strategies with overall business and plant objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and practices.
- Oversee the recruitment of casual workers and staff.

- Drive performance management, KPI setting, and appraisal processes.
- Conduct departmental inquiries and handle grievances as well as disciplinary actions.
- Communicate effectively with government and non-government offices regarding industrial relations and official matters.
- Oversee plant security, canteen, transportation, medical care, housekeeping, and accommodation.
- Perform additional assignments as directed by Management.

Key Responsibilities Align HR & Admin strategies with overall business and plant objectives. Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and practices. Educational Requirements Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management. Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Management, Public Administration, or a related field. Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resources is preferred. Experience and Skills 12 to 15 years of experience, particularly in FMCG and Manufacturing. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good proficiency in MS Office and emailing systems. Thorough understanding of Bangladesh Labor Law, HR operations, and factory compliance standards. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple HR initiatives simultaneously.
