Job Responsibilities
- Manage Agronomy systems (Leaf Point, BW, Agro Mobility) and oversee PR/PO processes.
- Prepare timely crop cycle, financial and operational reports, and liaise with GBS/GIP for smooth reporting and payment processes.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of grower data, contracts, crop estimates, and support system updates.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance Agronomy team’s data proficiency and adoption.
- Promote a safety culture and ensure compliance with relevant procedures to maintain efficient operations.
- Handle any additional tasks or special projects as assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities Manage Agronomy systems (Leaf Point, BW, Agro Mobility) and oversee PR/PO processes. Qualifications Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) required. 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field; freshers are encouraged to apply. Age: 20 to 35 years. Proficiency in English and Bengali (reading, writing, and speaking). Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Knowledge in finance, budgeting, accounting, and IT/systems. Strong communication skills to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
