Job Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the air ticketing and reservation team for domestic and international travel.
- Handle reservations, bookings, re-issuance, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes primarily using Amadeus.
- Perform accurate fare calculations and ticket issuance.
- Coordinate with airlines, corporate clients, and travel partners.
- Train and guide junior staff in Amadeus, as well as Sabre & Galileo systems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and error-free services.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with airline policies, IATA standards, and Saudi travel regulations.

The candidate must have strong expertise in Amadeus (mandatory), along with working knowledge of Sabre & Galileo, and proven ability to manage a professional ticketing team.
