Job Description

We are currently hiring a dedicated and dynamic Application Manager to manage and process student applications to prestigious universities in the UK and Canada. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals. As an Application Manager, your responsibilities will include: Application Management: Oversee and submit applications to universities while ensuring adherence to deadlines and compliance with university requirements. Coordination: Work closely with students and educational consultants to collect essential documents and information. Monitoring: Track the status of applications and proactively follow up with universities for progress updates. Digital Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate digital records of all applications in our management systems. Communication: Liaise with partner universities to facilitate communication regarding student applications and clarify any queries. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. Strong computer skills with an emphasis on proficiency in database management and reporting tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Fresh graduates with a strong learning ability are highly encouraged to apply. Preferred experience: 1 to 2 years in application management or consultancy services in education, particularly in immigration and visa processing.
