Job Responsibilities
- Planning, design & decision making, preparing authority approval sheet, detailed working drawings
- Sound knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, MS Word, and MS Excel (Must be highly skilled in AutoCAD for working drawing)
- Sound knowledge of RAJUK sheet drawing
- Prepare BOQ and specification as per the design drawing
- Confirm adherence to construction specifications and safety-related electro-mechanical work, verifying calculations and placements
- Proper planning for project-specific information architecture by studying the site concept, strategy, and target audience; envisioning architectural scheme, information structure, and features, functionality, and user-interface design; creating user scenarios, preparing data models, designing information structure, work and data flow; conducting creative meetings with related stakeholders
- Maintain correspondence with engineers, contractor & consultant firm
- Monitor & supervise all the architectural issues of the company
- Sound knowledge of Imarat Nirman Bidhimala and Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC)
- Sound knowledge of English

With a commitment to excellence, we aim to employ highly motivated professionals who resonate with our ethos of quality and creativity.Job Responsibilities:Plan and design architectural projects while ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.Create detailed working drawings and approve designs alongside preparing authority approval sheets.Utilize software tools including AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Word, and Excel to deliver high-quality designs.Oversee construction specifications, including safety protocols and electro-mechanical work.Engage with stakeholders to envision and realize project concepts and requirements effectively.Conduct site assessments to understand project constraints and opportunities.Supervise architectural aspects of projects ensuring standards for quality are met.Required Skills:Expertise in AutoCAD is mandatory.Proficient with architectural design software such as Lumion, Photoshop, and 3D modeling tools.Strong knowledge of local building codes, specifically the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.Experience:A minimum of 5 to 7 years in a relevant role within reputable real estate or consulting firms.Education:A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.Additional Benefits:We offer an attractive salary and benefits as per company policy.
