About the Job This position offers an engaging work environment where you can develop your design concepts, collaborate with clients, and bring projects to life. You will be responsible for: Developing innovative building designs and animation videos that capture client visions. Preparing both 2D and 3D drawings and presentations that articulate your ideas fluently. Conducting site visits to ensure projects are progressing smoothly and on schedule. Handling comprehensive project documentation and final submissions to clients. Maintaining a collaborative atmosphere with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success. Requirements To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have: A Diploma in Engineering in Architecture or Civil Engineering or a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in respective fields. A minimum of 4 to 5 years of professional experience in the architecture or interior design industry. Proficiency in key design software tools such as AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, and Photoshop. Excellent communication skills for client interactions and meetings. Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset to tackle design challenges.
