Job Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and planning; create technical drawings and detailed blueprints for interior & exterior projects (residential, commercial & industrial).
- Conduct site analyses and create space plans.
- Select materials, finishes, and furniture; manage costing and budgeting for projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects and other stakeholders.
- Develop interior & exterior design concepts and schemes.
- Manage budgets and timelines to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Design buildings and structures with attention to aesthetics, functionality and sustainability.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address issues.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and zoning laws.

MOS Design and Manufacture is seeking an experienced Architect Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team and will influence design quality, project timelines and budget performance.Core responsibilities (summary):Lead architectural design and planning, producing technical drawings and detailed blueprints.Develop interior & exterior design concepts and schemes for residential, commercial and industrial projects.Conduct site analyses, site visits, and space planning to ensure constructability and design intent.Coordinate with contractors, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project compliance and timely delivery.Select materials, finishes and furniture; manage costing and budgeting for projects.Monitor construction progress, inspect works, and resolve design-related issues on site.Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws and relevant regulations.Manage project schedules and budgets to deliver projects on time and within financial targets.Required skills and qualifications:Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or Diploma in Architecture.2 to 5 years of relevant experience in architecture firms, engineering firms or interior design companies.Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D), SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, 3ds Max or similar design tools.Experience in creating design documentation, technical drawings and construction details.Strong understanding of building codes, structural basics and engineering principles.Good problem-solving, analytical thinking, time management and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams and contractors.Attention to detail and creative design sensibility.Additional preferences:Experience with product costing, budgeting and project financial management.Prior work on both interior and exterior scopes across residential and commercial sectors.Benefits and compensation:Monthly salary range: Tk. 20,000 - 30,000 (as advertised).Provident fund, mobile bill support, performance bonus, profit share and insurance.Travel allowance (T/A), yearly salary review and two festival bonuses per year.Workplace & eligibility: This is a Full Time, office-based position located in Dhaka.
