Job Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and development of interior design projects.
- Ensure alignment of the project’s vision with client needs, budget, and sustainability goals.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from ideation to final execution.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Meet with clients, visit projects, and collaborate with the CRM department to discuss project requirements and updates.
- Translate client needs and brand identity into functional and aesthetic interior spaces.
- Produce and review architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models.
- Introduce creative design solutions that meet functional, aesthetic, and environmental requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and team members throughout the design and execution phases.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

Job Description
Position: Architect / Interior Designer Liya Enterprise is seeking a talented Architect / Interior Designer to lead our innovative projects in Dhaka. As a key player in our team, you will have the opportunity to develop stunning interior designs that align perfectly with our clients' visions. Job Responsibilities: Lead the conceptualization and development of interior design projects. Ensure alignment of the project’s vision with client needs, budget, and sustainability goals. Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from ideation to final execution. Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback. At least 2 years of experience, particularly in the furniture business. Age: 23 to 28 years. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage a workload efficiently.
