We are seeking a passionate individual to fill a full-time Architect position in our office.The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience and will be responsible for:Preparing architectural designs, drawings, and high-quality 3D visualizations.Creating realistic architectural animations and walkthroughs using Lumion / D5 Render.Preparing design presentations according to client requirements.Conducting site visits for measurements and ensuring proper project coordination.Collaborating closely with the design and project teams.Requirements:Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from any Public University or a reputed Private University.Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience (Freshers with excellent animation/visualization portfolios may also apply).Expert-level skills in Lumion and/or D5 Render (Animation focused).Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and related architectural software.Excellent creativity, presentation, and visualization skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Benefits:Salary Range: Tk. 30,000 - 40,000 (Monthly)Yearly Salary ReviewFestival Bonuses: 2 per yearInterested candidates are encouraged to apply and join a forward-thinking team that values creativity and innovation.
