Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop architectural plans, layouts, and 3D models for interior spaces, residential buildings, and industrial facilities.
- Create detailed drawings using software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, etc.
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, budgets, and functional needs.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design feasibility and compliance with local building codes (BNBC).
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design challenges.
- Select materials, finishes, and furnishings aligned with project goals and sustainability standards.
- Prepare presentations, mood boards, and project reports for stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
