Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Area Manager to join our Sales Department (Skin & Beauty Care, Derma Portfolio) at FHB INTERNATIONAL. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for pharmaceutical sales, adept at building relationships and achieving targets. Product Promotion and Sales: Promote the company’s products to healthcare professionals (HCPs), such as doctors and pharmacists, to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets within your designated territory. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with HCPs, respond to queries with accurate medical information, and gather feedback to ensure continuous service improvement. Territory Management: Plan and execute sales activities effectively, manage key customer relationships, and keep a pulse on market trends and competitor activities. Team Leadership: Develop and lead a focused sales team, ensuring high levels of team performance and discipline for quality product promotion. Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess team performance, provide appropriate recognition, and implement managerial decisions as per top management directives. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor or Honors degree. Experience: 2 to 3 years in pharmaceutical or medical marketing. Skills: Expertise in dermocosmetics, pharmaceutical marketing, and skin care.
