This role is critical in expanding microfinance programs across various districts in urban and rural settings. About Us: Pally Bikash Kendra is committed to facilitating microfinance initiatives aimed at empowering impoverished communities. With strong partnerships with PKSF and various local banks and financial institutions, we are at the forefront of innovative financial solutions. Job Location: The position may require travel across multiple districts including Cumilla, Dhaka, Gazipur, Kishoreganj, Narayanganj, and Narsingdi. Job Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor operations of at least 5 micro-finance branches. Implement and evaluate microfinance programs for effectiveness and community impact. Ensure compliance with MRA regulations in all activities. Manage on-ground field teams to ensure efficient workflow and productivity. Maintain and strengthen community relationships to foster trust and collaboration. Collect and report data related to program outcomes and branch performances. Qualifications: Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and must meet the following criteria: At least 8 years of experience in the NGO sector, specifically in microfinance. Must be proficient in operating computers, Microsoft Office Suite, and handling relevant software. Valid driving license and access to a motorcycle. Fluency in both Bengali and English is an advantage. Age Limit: Candidates must be at most 42 years old. Salary: Tk. 40,000 during the probation period and Tk. 47,825 upon confirmation.
