Job Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for the assigned area.
- Supervise, monitor, and guide the Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) and Sales Representatives (SRs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
- Expand the distribution network by appointing new dealers/distributors in potential markets.
- Regularly visit the market to ensure availability, visibility, and proper execution of marketing activities (POSM, banners, posters, notebook/pen promotion, etc.).
- Collect orders from dealers, manage stock, and ensure timely delivery and payment collection.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and prepare reports for the Head Office.
- Motivate, train, and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the Regional Sales Manager/Head Office.
- Ensure company policies, rules, and SOPs are strictly followed by the sales team.
