Job Responsibilities
- Identify & plan for market approach strategy for prospective clients & target segments.
- Take all measures to create a potential market as well as new sales avenue.
- Dealer management- new dealer appointment- Market expansion is core competency.
- Visit the prospective Clients and Professionals on a regular basis to enhance sales volume.
- Identify customers' needs and serve them accordingly to their needs.
- Keep regular communication with clients, build-up cordial professional relationship and promote our Brand.
- Prepare and execute Sales Plan for the assigned market to achieve the Sales Target.
- Create and nurture own market from experience and must be result-oriented.
- Reach the Area goal both in terms of Value and volume.
- Ensure and check dealer stock with matching the stock time to time, also monitor the activities of the dealers.
- Implement the visual merchandising activities in the marketplace.
- Ensure optimum customer care through professional handling of criticisms as and when required.
- Keep strong knowledge of Competitors’ Product Promotion/ Customer Management/ Practices.
