Job Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and manage the company’s IT infrastructure including servers, networks, hardware, and software.
- Manage ERP/Tally systems for inventory, production, supply chain, and sales processes.
- Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place, data is backed up, and disaster recovery plans are developed and maintained.
- Oversee system integration between manufacturing equipment and business applications.
- Collaborate with production, supply chain, and finance departments to enhance IT solutions.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships for hardware, software, and IT services.
- Lead IT projects, including system upgrades and cloud migrations.
- Ensure optimal functioning of CC TV and camera security systems.
- Oversee the organization’s PABX and communication systems for uninterrupted service.
- Develop and implement IT policies, compliance regulations, and ensure smooth operations of IT activities.
- Supervise IT team members and ensure timely resolution to IT-related issues.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

This position is pivotal in managing our technology infrastructure to ensure optimal operation and alignment with business goals. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering. 5 to 7 years of proven experience as an IT Manager, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of ERP/Tally systems, networking, and database management. Understanding of automation, IoT, and smart factory technologies is advantageous. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and support 24/7 manufacturing operations when necessary. Only male candidates aged 32 to 40 years are preferred.
