Job Description
Symantec Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Manager for Accounts & Admin to manage essential financial and administrative tasks. This role is critical to maintaining the efficiency of our operations and supports our mission in delivering top-notch fire safety solutions. Maintain and prepare accounts and financial records. Handle day-to-day office management tasks. Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and quotations for projects. Lead tender documentations and cost estimations ensuring compliance with technical specifications and eligibility criteria. Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to gather project requirements. Train junior engineers in e-tendering tools and BOQ preparation. Conduct rate analysis and validate project estimates using measurement software. Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting & Information System. Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management. Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. Essential Skills:Experience in Engineering Firms, Architecture Firms, HVAC System, Fire Fighting, and Safety.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Proficient in using AutoCAD and other measurement software.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Job Benefits: Attractive salary range of Tk. 15,000 - 20,000 (Monthly).
