Job Responsibilities

About DAK DIYE JAI: DAK DIYE JAI is a leading NGO in Bangladesh, recognized by the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA). Our mission is to uplift communities through sustainable microfinance solutions. Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Manager (Audit).:This role is essential for ensuring the integrity of our operations through thorough audits and inspections. The selected candidate will be responsible for:Regularly visiting branches and field operations for audit purposes.Verifying bills, vouchers, invoices, and other supportive documents at the main office and branches.Examining collection sheets and attendance registers during group visits at branches.Ensuring the accuracy of purchased inventory items and related expenses.Reviewing procurement processes and Tender documents regularly.Verifying timely compliance with VAT and tax regulations.Cooperating with external auditors as necessary.Preparing reports on any irregularities, non-compliance, or internal control weaknesses.Drafting audit reports after field visits highlighting significant issues.Carrying out additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.Requirements:Educational Qualification: Master's degree in Accounting. Candidates who have completed CA courses will be given preference.Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in auditing within MRA certified and PKSF affiliated microfinance organizations. Experience requirement is relaxable for those who have completed CA courses.Skills: Proficiency in drafting audit reports, valid motorcycle driving license holders will be preferred, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and email communication is necessary.The candidate must be willing to regularly visit field locations.Benefits:During the probation period of 3 months, a salary of BDT 37,000 will be provided.Upon successfully completing the probation, the salary will be BDT 45,426 based on performance assessments.Additional benefits include festival bonuses, PF, gratuity, mobile bill, and fuel allowances for motorcycle expenses.Application Process:Interested candidates should send a written application to the Executive Director of DAK DIYE JAI, House # 1, Bypass Road, Masimpur, Pirojpur-8500.
