The Assistant Manager - Client Relationship Manager position is crucial in helping the company achieve its goals of creating top-tier designs within budget and deadlines. Here are the details: Job Title: Assistant Manager - Client Relationship Manager Location: Dhaka (Banani), Bangladesh Job Type: Full Time Number of Vacancies: 01 Job Responsibilities: Qualify and convert leads from the marketing team into potential clients. Professionally present the company profile, services, and proposals to clients. Conduct instant client visits and meetings to understand their requirements and offer appropriate solutions. Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the design and execution stage. Gather client feedback and coordinate with design and execution teams. Perform regular follow-ups to ensure the successful conversion and long-term partnerships. Create opportunities for repeat business and client referrals. Promote new offerings of luxurious interior designs. Monitor the latest trends and stay updated on new product developments. Work closely with various teams such as Marketing and Product Management. Meet or exceed company sales objectives. Required Skills: Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in MS Office and computer skills. Strong leadership and teamwork abilities. Experience in reporting and documentation. Ability to navigate web browsing effectively. Motorbike driving skills will be highly preferred. Education Requirements: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture Master of Science (MSc) in Architecture Experience: 5 to 7 years in a related field.
