Job Responsibilities
- Proficient in land documentation including CS, RS, SA, city survey, Mouja map, and mapping processes.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with digital drawing submissions and approval processes of RAJUK (including ECPS), NHA, and MOW.
- Skilled in liaising with government authorities to obtain NOCs/clearances from DESA, WASA, Fire Service, Civil Aviation, Traffic Police, and City Corporation.
- Efficiently coordinate with utility service providers to ensure timely utility connections.
- Maintain tax and rent-related documentation for all projects.
- Thoroughly verify and collect all land-related documents.
- Represent the company in land-related case hearings.
- Draft and vet legal documents including MOUs, deeds, and DOAs.
- Respond to official queries and observations from RAJUK, City Corporation, and other relevant authorities.

Skilled in liaising with government authorities to obtain NOCs/clearances from various departments such as DESA, WASA, Fire Service, Civil Aviation, Traffic Police, and City Corporation. Efficiently coordinate with utility service providers (City Corporation, WASA, Titas, DESCO, DPDC, BTCL, etc.) to ensure timely utility connections. Maintain tax and rent-related documentation for all projects. Thoroughly verify and collect all land-related documents. Represent the company in land-related case hearings. Draft and vet legal documents including MOUs, deeds, and DOAs. Respond to official queries and observations from RAJUK, City Corporation, and other relevant authorities. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or Honors degree. Experience: 5 to 7 years in real estate or a developer environment. Familiarity with RAJUK documentation procedures is a must. Experience working with the Ministry of Works and the National Housing Authority is highly desirable. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
