Job Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating with teams to create new products aligned with market demands.
- Preparing accurate product costing and negotiating with suppliers to finalize price quotations.
- Managing buyer orders throughout the production cycle, from sample development to bulk production.
- Maintaining strong communication with factories, suppliers, and buyers to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitoring production progress for timely delivery of goods.
- Collaborating with QA teams to uphold product quality standards.
- Arranging and following up on raw materials, trims, and accessories.
- Overseeing proto, fit, pre-production, and shipment samples.
- Preparing and managing all order-related documents such as PI, LC, invoice, and packing lists.
- Developing and monitoring the Time & Action Plan (T&A) for each order.
- Addressing production, quality, or supply chain issues efficiently.
- Studying market trends and consumer preferences to inform decision-making.
- Fostering positive relationships with buyers to secure repeat business.
- Working closely with design, QA, commercial, and logistics teams.
- Providing regular updates to management and buyers about order statuses.
