Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Diamed! We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager to lead sales and service efforts in the surgical modalities sector, with a focus on Neuro, Spine, and Trauma products. Our ideal candidate will not only meet sales targets but also ensure exceptional service delivery within Bangladesh's healthcare landscape. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with medical professionals, establish valuable relationships within hospitals, and contribute to improving patient outcomes through advanced surgical solutions. Achieve sales revenue and market share targets specifically for the Bangladesh region. Promote surgical modalities products focusing on Neurosurgery, Spine, and Trauma. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with heterogeneous customer bases including hospitals, surgeons, and end-users. Analyze market potential and establish effective communication strategies. Conduct market mapping to identify opportunities and strategize actions accordingly. Ensure continuous customer support and relationship management. Lead, train, and develop the sales team through on-field practices. Implement and manage account penetration strategies for both public and private sectors. Conduct engagement programs and presentations to showcase product benefits. Support live surgeries while promoting technologies that facilitate safer surgical outcomes. Prepare and manage necessary bidding documentation for procurement processes. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Biochemistry, or Pharmacy. 7 to 12 years of related experience in Hospital, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Equipment sectors. Strong knowledge of the Government procurement framework (CMSD, DG Health, DGDP) will be advantageous. Excellent presentation skills in English and Bangla. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in MS Office applications. A willingness to travel nationwide as required.
