Job Responsibilities
- Manage complete export operations including documentation, shipment arrangement, logistics coordination and regulatory compliance.
- Handle import-related activities such as supplier communication, documentation preparation and customs processing.
- Collect export orders from existing buyers, maintain regular follow-up and ensure timely order execution.
- Source new international buyers through research and communication to expand export market opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales data, buyer records, shipment status and prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Assist in preparing export documents such as Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, LC documents, Bill of Lading (BL), Certificate of Origin (COO), etc.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Production, Accounts, Commercial, Procurement and Logistics teams for smooth export flow.
- Monitor order progress, resolve buyer queries and maintain strong relationships with current and potential buyers.
- Ensure all export-import tasks comply with international trade rules, INCOTERMS, HS codes, and company policies.
- Support management in additional export, import, sales monitoring and business development activities as required.
