Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end revenue cycle and issue USD and BDT invoices accurately and timely.
- Lead collections: issue almost-due/overdue notices, follow up verbally and in writing, and resolve disputes.
- Serve as primary finance contact for clients; provide accounting statements and address payment/billing inquiries.
- Record incoming receipts, prepare and execute bank deposits, and reconcile cash flows.
- Monitor and respond to account-related emails and correspondence.
- Assist with VAT/Tax audits and internal reviews, ensuring required documentation is accessible.
- Support budgeting and financial forecasting; assist Finance Manager with reporting and analysis.
- Facilitate routine bank transactions and reconcile cash operations.
- Prepare and distribute monthly salary statements; lead accounts team in absence of management.
- Maintain meticulous financial records by scanning, saving, and filing vouchers and supporting documents.

Experience in the education (school) sector is an advantage.Proven client-facing communication skills (verbal and written), including experience with invoicing, debt recovery, or credit control.Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance for audits.Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in English and Bengali (written and spoken) is required.Working hours & workplaceWorkplace: Office (Dhaka).Typical working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Sunday through Thursday; Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.; Friday off.
