The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vital HR operations and administrative duties that ensure the effective functioning of our diagnostic center.HR Management:Assist in recruitment processes including posting jobs and scheduling interviews.Coordinate employee onboarding activities for a seamless transition into our workforce.Act as the primary contact for employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.Support performance management by assisting in developing performance appraisal systems.Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.Administration & Operations:Manage daily office operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.Maintain confidential employee records per legal standards.Coordinate logistics for meetings and business trips.Compliance & Reporting:Ensure compliance with labor laws and assist with HR-related audits.Location: The role is based in Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh.This position requires a Master's degree in HR Management (MBA) or a Bachelor's in HR Management (BBA). Ideal candidates should have 5-7 years of HR experience, particularly in the healthcare or diagnostic center environment.
