Job Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews for factory-based positions and coordinate onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HRIS data.
- Support payroll preparation by providing attendance and leave information.
- Coordinate performance management processes, KPI tracking, and appraisal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, and company policies.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Plan and implement employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Support training needs assessment and coordinate development programs.
- Supervise factory administration, including security, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

- Liaise with local authorities and government bodies as needed.

Confidence Batteries Limited is seeking a dynamic and skilled Assistant Manager - HR & Admin to oversee key human resource and administrative functions at our factory. Liaising with local authorities and government bodies as needed. Monitoring procurement of administrative supplies and controlling costs effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration, preferably in a factory or industrial setup.
