Exciting Career Opportunity: Assistant Manager (HR Operations) We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Assistant Manager for HR Operations to join our team at Nitol-Niloy Group. This role is crucial in managing our HR operations effectively and enhancing our employees' experience. As a key player in the HR team, you will assist with various aspects of human resources including HR documentation, payroll processing, performance management, and much more. HR Operations and Payroll Benefit Administration: Maintain employee records, manage HR documentation, and assist with benefits administration. Coordinate payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness while administering employee benefits programs. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze HR data to identify trends for decision-making, generate monthly HR reports, and assist in performance management reporting. Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes and assist with performance improvement plans. HR System & Data Management: Optimize the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for better data accuracy and reporting. Documentation and Support: Develop and maintain data privacy and documentation related to employee records. Disciplinary and Final Settlement Process: Handle employee exit formalities and assist in investigating legal complaints. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management or Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Management. 5 to 7 years of experience in HR operations, specifically within industries such as Manufacturing, IT Enabled Services, and Automobile. Proficient in HRIS, labor laws, and MS Office applications. Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data effectively. Good communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
