Job Responsibilities

  • Search for export market and opportunities, correspond with foreign buyers and initiate new business process.
  • Identify the market potential and generating proposals.
  • Participate in development and evaluation of marketing budgets according to plans and minimize marketing costs.
  • Develop and maintain professional contacts with consultants, customer and international marketing representatives.
  • Manage legal approval process for territories and proposed efficient activities.
  • Prepare documents for product registration in different countries.
  • Liaise with Product Management Department for different technical and scientific documents.
  • Keep abreast with the latest costing of products for preparing international proposals.
  • Maintain adequate contacts with C&F Agents for forwarding products and be aware about the best shipment routes with minimum costs for export.
  • Prepare strategic international marketing plan in a steep competitive markets.
  • Make professional presentations to prospective clients for export.
  • Preparation/Compilation of registration documents for assigned overseas markets including Manufacturer Registration and Product Registration.
  • Must have strong expertise and thorough experience in preparing, reviewing and submitting Dossiers.

About the RoleYour primary responsibilities will include: Market Exploration: Search for export markets and opportunities, engage with foreign buyers, and kickstart new business processes.Proposal Preparation: Identify market potential and generate compelling proposals to attract clients.Budget Management: Participate in developing and evaluating marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.Professional Networking: Maintain valuable contacts with consultants, customers, and international marketing representatives.Legal Management: Oversee the legal approval process and streamline marketing activities.Product Registration: Prepare comprehensive documents for product registrations in global markets.Technical Liaison: Collaborate with the Product Management Department for necessary documentation.Cost Analysis: Stay updated on product costing to create competitive international proposals.Freight Forwarding: Liaise with C&F agents to ensure efficient product forwarding and shipping routes.Strategic Planning: Develop a strategic marketing plan for competitive markets.Client Presentations: Conduct professional presentations to prospective clients for exports.Dossier Management: Manage the preparation and submission of dossiers for various overseas markets.Key QualificationsEducation: Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) is required.Experience: At least 5-7 years in International/Export Marketing. Experience within Pharmaceutical/Medicine companies is a plus.Skills: Strong business development abilities, computer proficiency, and reporting/documentation skills are essential.
